Come and Rest is an immersive sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, settle in, and listen to Christ alive inside, letting your body, brain, heart, and spirit rest in union with the Holy Spirit.

Discover deep shalom in a journey of sound through "Tehillim" - תהלים Hebrew for Psalms (prayer songs) 

Inside the Glory Barn at Dayspring Ranch, you'll be carried through an hour of live therapeutic sound, hand-hammered Himalayan sound bowls, voice tapestry, native flute, tongue drum, and more inspired into the woven soundscape, crafted to bring your body and spirit into a place of deep stillness.

***Bring a mat, pillows, and/or blanket to lay comfortably on the floor.

**Directions will lead you into a corridor of willows. You'll see a white barn on your right with a gravel lot. Please park along the tractors and follow the signs to the event next to gravel lot.

Angelynne is a Sound Therapist and Healing Arts Minister with over 30 years of experience spanning music, performance, ministry, and holistic care. She holds a BA from Indiana University and carries extensive training in sound therapy, dance, and wellness.
