A frequency beneath the noise of daily life. A resonance older than memory. Most of us have simply forgotten how to hear it.

Come and Rest is an immersive sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, settle in, and listen. Inside the Glory Barn at DaySpring Ranch, you'll be carried through an hour of live therapeutic sound — hand-hammered Himalayan singing bowls, voice, native flute, and woven soundscape — crafted to bring your body and spirit into a place of deep stillness.

No musical background needed. No experience required. Just come as you are.

2:30 PM · Doors Open / Meet & Greet
Arrive early to settle in, meet Angelynne, and learn more about her services now available through DaySpring Ranch.

3:00 – 4:00 PM · Sound Bath
An uninterrupted hour of live therapeutic sound. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket. Chairs are also available.

About Angelynne Truebedoor

Angelynne is a  Sound Therapist, and Healing Arts Facilitator with over 30 years of experience spanning music, performance, ministry, and holistic care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Humanities from Indiana University and carries extensive training in sound therapy, dance, crisis and trauma response, and wellness.

Her work is rooted in a simple conviction: there is a song within every person waiting to be heard. Through therapeutic sound, breathwork, vocal work, and healing arts, she creates space for people to reconnect with that song — and with themselves.

Angelynne is new to the Myrtle Creek area and is thrilled to begin serving this community through DaySpring Ranch's suite of therapeutic services. This event is an open invitation to come and experience what she offers firsthand.
